This seven storey, 15,000m2 HFD Group office development in Glasgow’s business district is occupied by international banking giant Morgan Stanley. The off-site application of intumescent coatings were inspected regularly by Firespec at the fabricator’s paint shop and again after erection to verify the correct standards of touch-up repair of the unavoidable damage caused during erection and around connections surfaces. Some individual horizontal members on this project extended to over 17m in length.
